Tahanat Ruah is a cultural center in Kiryat Tivon, established in April 2019 by the Hiram Association. Tahanat Ruah was created with the aim of becoming an integral part of the community through diverse cultural collaborations. It offers a vibrant mix of culture, art, coffee, delicious food, and a performance stage showcasing some of Israel’s finest artists.
