About the Project
We led the UX planning and product design of UAVZone’s web platform, creating a complex B2B marketplace tailored to the UAV and robotics industry. The project included user research, information architecture, user flows, dashboards, inventory management, broadcast tools, messaging, notifications, onboarding, and responsive UI design, balancing complex workflows with a simple and intuitive user experience.

UAVZone is a global B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers, distributors, resellers, brokers, and integrators across the UAV, robotics, and defense industries. The platform enables companies to buy, sell, and source new, surplus, and end-of-life components through direct, commission-free transactions.
